The Only Benefit

And I will bless them that bless thee…

and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed (Gen.12, 3)

How many people there are among us who want to receive blessing, but in reality they live for themselves only! They do not understand that the only true real benefit is to live for others, serve them, to share with them what we receive.

This is the true meaning of life, this is the true freedom. Only those blessed by God can be a blessing for others. Do you want to receive a blessing of Abraham? Follow the Lord, give away everything. Submit to the Lord, leave upon Him everything and you will become a source of water of life. Do you want to become a blessing for others? Allow yourself to be replanted in a different soil. If you connected with Christ, got crucified with Him, spread your roots in His Kingdom, them you become a transmitter of His blessings. Only those in Christ can give a hand to the destructive brothers.

“I will bless them that bless thee” – sais the Lord. He creates a wall around Abraham and puts His stamp upon him. Those who laid their hearts in Lord, whom God accepted under His holy protection, do not have to fear the schemes of neither devil nor of men, because for him “all things work together for good” (Rom.8, 28).

He will fill all emptiness in us with the source of His water of life. He will give us faith, hope, patience and strength to go forward with faith and not with sight.

Let us trust God without hesitation. He, of course, will not leave us in darkness and will lighten our path with the heavenly light, which is “as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day” (Prov.4, 18)
